From Points North and West:

Take Long Island Expressway (Route 495) east to exit 57 (Veterans Mem. Hwy.).
Upon exiting stay on Service Road to the second traffic light.
At light make a right (Route 454).
Proceed for approximately 5 miles to Locust Ave. (Ace Hardware on right).
Right onto Locust.
First left Floyds Run.
Proceed to #31 on left.

From Points South and West:

Southern State Parkway east to exit 44E (Route 27 Sunrise Hwy.)
East on Sunrise to Locust Ave. Exit
Make a left onto Locust Ave.
Approximately 2 miles to Floyds Run on your right.
Proceed to #31 on left.

From Points North and East:

Take Long Island Expressway west to exit #59 (Ocean Ave.)
Left on Ocean Ave.
Go over Railroad tracks and stay left
Ocean Ave. becomes Lakeland Ave.
Proceed about 4 miles to Route 454 (Veterans Mem. Hwy.)
Right onto Route 454 (Veterans Mem. Hwy.)
1 st traffic Light make left onto Locust Ave.
1 st left onto Floyds Run.
Proceed to #31 on left.
